The price of trip to the snow

Packing up snow clothes, food, toys, sleds, sleeping bags and pillows... well past midnight: Exhausting

Enjoying a long weekend with friends, watching the excitement in the kid's eyes to be playing in the snow and finding an indoor activity zone on the day it rained: Worth it

Hearing my husband say, seeing his daughter on skis for the first time was the best 40th birthday present: Priceless

Oh that video is priceless too. I thought for sure she was going to fall down about five seconds before she got to the end...she was like in a slow motion fall, then she came back up. Too funny! and I love that photo montage in the middle. How ever did you do that? I tried to click the images to make them bigger, but couldn't. I loved this post!

Looks like a great winter weekend!

I have never skied, she is a brave little thing and Daddy's little girl.
