Is this still considered teaching them manners?

The other night at dinner, I was taking an opportunity to teach the girls manners in the form of using their napkins, rather than their sleeves to wipe their mouths.

Me: See. Look at Mommy. I'm using my napkin to wipe my mouth like this.

Both girls wipe their mouths with napkins.

Me: You did it - good job!

Seesa shows me her napkin and says: Mommy, look at all the crap on here!

HAHA! Hysterical. Thanks for the Friday morning laugh. I think you should make this a regular feature. :) Hope you have a great weekend!

That's still manners in my book!

Is picking your nose at the table OK if you wipe in on your napkin?

If it's grammatically correct, then it's ok with me. :)

That's adorable. Who can take credit for teaching her the word "crap"? In my house - that would be me. I'm fairly good at censoring the really bad language - but "oh crap" is a bit commonplace around here.
