I'm a Mom with a job outside my home. I don't like to say that I'm a "working Mom", because I think that ALL Moms WORK. Inside the home, outside the home, whatever. If you are a Mom, you are a working Mom! I wish there was a better term.
Lately, I've been working outside my home a lot more than I'd like. I was assigned this big (thankfully short term) project at work. It was quite possibly the worst timing ever, since it started just as my husband was leaving for a long business trip. Since he's been back, I've been putting in a few more hours inside the office to catch up.
I miss my kids.
Thankfully, we've got a vacation coming up and I am so looking forward to our time together. I hope my girls read my blog later in life, and know that Mommy really misses them when I'm at work.
